Pattie O’Brien Nolton was born and raised in Washington DC, but spent part of every summer in the UK with her mother’s family. She graduated from Brown University with a BA in medieval art history and an M.Ed from University of Virginia in International education.
Pattie, her husband and three daughters (and assorted pets) spent many years abroad in Budapest, Saigon, New Delhi, Calcutta and Paris. After her husband, John, retired, they lived in Annapolis where she worked as Director for Lifelong Learning at Anne Arundel Community College.
In 2011, John and Pattie moved to St Augustine where she has been active with many groups, including EMMA, Marsh Creek Women’s Association, St Anastasia Catholic Church, and First Coast Opera.
Pattie also serves are the President of the Friends of First Coast Opera Guild and she has played a vital role in our recent Gala and the October Feast!
