Ticket Refund & Exchange Policy

  • We regret that there are no refunds or cancellations.

 

Ticket Exchange

 

If you are unable to attend a performance, you are eligible for to exchange them for a future performance in the same season, subject to availability.

 

  • Exchanges must be requested 24 hours before performance curtain time

  • Ticket holders will be asked to pay the difference in price should the replacement performance ticket price exceed that of the original ticket.

 

Tickets may be exchanged by leaving a message at the box office at 904-407-5555 or emailing your request to FCOpera@gmail.com.

 

Ticket Donations

 

If you are unable to use your tickets, you may donate them to the First Coast Opera for resale until curtain time by emailing FCOpera@gmail.com

 

Ticket donations must be received prior to the performance. Once your donated tickets are received by FCO, a tax receipt will be mailed to you within four weeks after the performance date.

 

Student and Promotional Codes

 

Student and Promotional Tickets are available to most shows.  These discounts are not available on premium seats.

 

  • Any student under 19 or college student with ID may purchase a student ticket using code “STUDENT” when you first log into the platform.

  • Student discounts may not be used to purchase upgraded or premium seats.

  • Families that wish to sit together in premium sections must purchase full price tickets.
