ACT 2 - The Impresario

World-weary opera impresario Mr. Scruples (Jason Blanton) is worried about the upcoming season.
His fawning assistant Mr. Wannabe (Jim Goodell)  just wants to sing.

Surprise GUEST ARTIST AUDITIONEES round out the fun!

Bluff advises Scruples on the season.

Guest Auditioner Luciano Pavarotti, sung by Roger Geromino.

Why would Elvis Presley (John Dimsdale) want to audition? He sure was a crowd pleaser!

Two operatic divas, the famous but fading Madame Strasvichaya (Barbara Norris) and
the inexperienced but talented Miss Trilling (Kathy Kessler Price),
vie for attention and top billing in a display of vocal fireworks.

Madame Strasvichaya (Barbara Norris)

Mr. Bluff seems very taken with Miss Trilling (Kathy Kessler Price)

Both are promoted by mob boss Luigi Angelo (Dan Kerr),
and when the ladies arrive to audition at the same time,
he makes Scruples an offer he can't refuse!

A vocal cat fight ensues!

But Mr. Scruples retires to his fishing camp in Palatka anyway!
